The Geo series of magazines was highly successful through the 1980s and 90s, with the exception of the USA edition which did not last many years. It simply could not compete against national Geographic. German GEO was the first and and its success spawned various other European languages, and at least two in Asia, in Japan and Korea. I had photos published in several of these editions though I don’t have all editions here.
